If you wish to make payment via wire, we can waive the 3% processing fee.

Bank Wires

If you select bank wire during checkout, your order will not be processed until we receive your payment. If we do not confirm payment within 48 hours, we will cancel your order – and you can place your order again.

Zelle Payments

If you wish to pay by Zelle, you can send us your payment to info@crownedandco.com as the recepient. Make sure to include your order number when sending so that we know which order to credit. At checkout – you can select Bank Wire and send us the zelle immediately.

As soon as your order is submitted and paid for, we will confirm it’s receipt. Our team immediately purchases your shipping label. When you receive your shipping number via email – this is a confirmation of your order placed. Please note, that your order will take 3-7 business days from the date of your shipping label being created for it to leave our processing facility. In most ocassions, we will ship your items sooner than this – but please note that your order could take up to 7 days to show as moving through the shipping network.

Shipping

We ship ALL ORDERS through UPS with signature required. This is required 100% of the time. There are no exceptions to that rule.

Returns
