Our products are all handmade to order.  The weight reflected on our site is an estimate based on similar previous orders.  If the final weight is less than the estimated amount, we will refund you the difference.  If the final weight is more than the estimated amount, we will collect the difference before we ship the item to the customer.  The weight difference can fluctuate between 1 – 10 grams*

Our orders typically take 3-5 business days. In some instances, orders may take between 1-2 weeks to complete. Many of our jewelry items are made to order handcrafted jewelry pieces, those pieces typically take 2-3 weeks to ship. In some rare instances, you order may take as much as 4 weeks to ship out. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

All orders will be shipped with insurance and signature confirmation may be required for high value orders. *Please note, some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
